With a capacity of up to 40 guests Botanica Noir is perfect for small exclusive events and intimate personal gatherings. Get creative and spread your engagement over multiple spaces, or focus your event in one area and allow guests to explore the property as they’d like.
The Aesthetic
Our exterior aesthetic is a unique combination of elegantly simple architecture and lush tropical greenery. While the interior offers a luxurious place to relax, mixing light neutral colors with modern furnishings.
Always Included
Every rental includes the essentials: Round and Rectangular Tables, Table Linens (choice of color), Chairs (choice of style), Event Staff, Planning Team, and a two night stay on property. We also offer a long list of optional add-ons like vendors, services, décor, and dinnerware.
Our Team
Every package includes both a Planning Team and an Event Day Team. The Planning Team consists of a dedicated Venue Manager who is on call 24/7, and a Design Assistant who can help with décor inspiration, floor plans, and timeline creation. The Event Day Team includes staff for set up, breakdown, cleanup, and event direction.

We’ve carefully crafted a series of All-Inclusive Packages to choose from, each one including a different combination of our In-House Vendors and Services. Upgrade to one of these packages and let us do all of the work for you, or enjoy the flexibility of bringing in your own team of Vendors and Services.
The Stay
Every rental includes a two night stay on property with accommodations for up to 26 guests. While this can’t be removed, you can get creative with these extra days. Host a multi-day event or brand launch, prepare for an important engagement with day-early set up, or enjoy the relaxation of a staycation alongside your closest friends and family.

Turn a single day event into a multi-day experience, or stay in style as you explore everything that West Palm Beach has to offer. Sleep up to 26 guests between five private “casas”, each with one to three bedrooms, modern appliances, luxury amenities, and designer furnishings.
